ROOM RATES
You must mention that you are attending the PPMRN conference for the discounted rate.
Single Rate = $87/night
Double Rate = $97/night (Double occupancy, including when separate bills are required)
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17.25%) in effect at the time of check in.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by individual attendees directly with Marriott reservations at 800-841-1674.

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, February 17, 2010 or before the block has exceeded the contracted guestroom commitment. At the Cut-Off Date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the conference, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the conference group rate after this date.

PARKING
Parking is available at the attached garage owned and operated by the Chattanooga Convention Center. Current rates are $10.00 plus tax per day for self-park and $14.00 plus tax per day for valet. These rates are subject to change.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
The hotel will be providing local complimentary shuttle service for downtown Chattanooga between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm., Mondays through Fridays only. They will also be providing shuttle service to the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport for a fee of $15.00 for advanced reservations and $25.00 same day reservations. Please see a member of the Front Office for reservations.

PACKAGE RECEIVING SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
All packages must identify the group name, individual’s name (if applicable), arrival date and Sales/Catering/Event Manager’s name. Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to the group’s arrival. The guest is responsible for the arrangement and expense of items shipped to and from the Hotel. The Sales/Catering/Event Manager must be notified in advance to assure proper acceptance of these items. For outbound shipping, it is the responsibility of the client to label each shipment, furnish shipping information and incur the cost of shipping. Items will only be held seven (7) business days past the event. Any items left at the Hotel longer than seven (7) business days will be disposed of. All shipments will be kept in Shipping and Receiving until called for by the Guest. The rate schedule listed below includes receiving, storage, delivery and pick up of packages within the Hotel. If packages must be delivered or picked up from the Chattanooga Convention Center, additional charges apply as listed below:
