Welcome to the Libraries Community of Practice:

Issues of performance in  public libraries encompass everything from collections and holdings, to interlibrary loan and borrowing, budgets, community participation, and value added to the community.  The purpose of this Community is to provide its members access to resources that support performance measurement, management, and improvement in all aspects of public library systems.  We welcome the input of all members in our effort to make this the “go to” site for current information about public library performance.
