Fayth A. Ruffin

Fayth A. Ruffin is a Ph.D. candidate in the Division of Global Affairs at Rutgers University-Newark, (RU-N) NJ, USA. She has practiced law in both the public and private sector for over twenty years and managed community and economic development and social justice initiatives over thirty years at various times in Ohio, California, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and New Jersey. A former research assistant for the Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Students at RU-N, she now teaches ground courses in International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration and Public Service. Ms. Ruffin teaches e-college courses in public management for the National Center for Public Performance (NCPP), which is a research and education infrastructure of the School of Public Affairs and Administration at RU-N.
