Summary

This was designed to serve as a primary treatment document for a cultural landscape and as a tool to inform day-to-day management decisions and long-term landscape preservation strategies. It was prepared for the National Park Service by Mark Davison and Eliot Foulds of the Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation.
