NYC Bridge Report

Summary

For bikers in NYC, the bridges often contain real hazards in inclement weather: rain, snow, ice, and salt. Transportation Alternatives now provides a two-wheeled equivalent of radio traffic bulletins - the nycbridgereport Twitter fee. The site provides rideability updates for those planning to bicycle across bridges in New York City. Site is also useful for pedestrians.
